Interior Design Process

Vision Defined. Details Refined.

Every successful project starts with a clear vision and a well-defined process. By understanding your goals, thoughtfully developing design concepts, and carefully documenting every selection, we create spaces that come together with clarity, confidence, and lasting appeal.

PHASE 1

CLIENT CONSULTATION

Our initial meeting is an opportunity for us to further explain our design process, provide examples of our work, and gather information about your project. This includes project goals and any specific design preferences.

PHASE 2

DESIGN CONCEPTS

Once we know more about you and your project, we develop concept boards with design ideas and imagery.

PHASE 3

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

As the design concept further develops and is refined, physical material samples will be presented and reviewed with you. Samples include flooring, tile, cabinetry, countertops, plumbing finishes, paint, and more! We want you to see, feel, and touch as many of your finishes as possible to ensure confidence in the items you’re selecting.

PHASE 4

FINAL SELECTIONS & DESIGN DOCUMENTATION

When you are content with the finishes selected, we will document them on our finish schedules and update our material boards accordingly. Additionally, we will have supporting drawings and documents to review with you and provide to the construction team.

PHASE 5

PROJECT SITE VISITS

Regular visits to the project site are done throughout the project. These visits allow the design and construction teams to discuss project details, conduct walkthroughs with trades, and confirm the project is progressing as planned.

FROM CONCEPT TO COMPLETION

Every design decision builds on the one before it. From the initial consultation through the final selections, we develop a cohesive vision that brings clarity to the process and confidence to every step.
